My wife recently went vegan after a health scare. I found your channel and I’ve made a few things to surprise her and we love them! You make vegan eating accessible and exciting. Thank you!

She will be so happy about it. if you want to know more about the programme send me an email to massikam37@gmail.com and i'll be se glad to help you :)
@@lilithstorm7026 she’s doing really well! She had cancer but the doctors say that they got everything and she’s going to be fine. Now we are embracing lifestyle changes. I haven’t committed 100% yet but I’m trying! Cooking for picky kids leads to some epic fails, lol
Gaz and Sadia (PickUpLimes) have to be some of my favorite vegan creators and their videos always mellow me out. (: Thank you for another quality array of recipes. Can't wait to try them out.
Your Vegan 100 book and early videos helped me when I was struggling with ideas after becoming vegan nearly five years ago, and your Plants Only Kitchen book helped me make and teach simple meals for my family whilst they were becoming plant based themselves this past year. And now we’re having our second vegan christmas as a family next month!! You’re a legend Gaz, these recipes are some of the most inspiring and accessible vegan activism out there 🌱
It's not only that he shows us recipes. It's that he triggers our creativity when cooking. I just get ideas and ideas for dishes while watching him. Big inspiration. Many thanks. ♥️
As always, absolutely FANTASTIC recipes! Creative, nourishing, and most importantly, delicious! You're absolutely a legend when it comes to vegan cuisine and inho, you're the best chef in general. Your recipes always have complex but well balanced flavours and the plating is just insane - even when you make it meal prep style! As always, sending you all the love Gaz! Stay safe and have a lovely week ahead!
I totally agree Margaret 💯😋😋 his recipes all so delicious and never ending. Especially for myself as I am going through a transition to plant based. Keeping on top of my diet as a dancer is key 🗝️💯💯
i'm a fervent meat eater, but this makes me want to try the recipes and go vegan for a while! thank you for coming up with these recipes and for meal prep, too.
I switched to a whole foods plant-based diet 3 years ago and would never look back, I'm so much healthier both mentally and physically 😁Would you be interested in a free 22 day vegan challenge with mentors and dietitians to help you each step of the way?
So glad I stumbled upon your channel. I was getting so tired of quinoa bowls, overnight oats, and chia pudding recipes, I knew there was no chance in hell I’d ever go vegan. Yet you prepare such a variety of fresh, creative, colorful, and so appetizing dishes. I plan to make as many of these meals as I can. I may not even realize I’ve been converted. ❤️
You know what sir... I've been kind of a healthy yet borderline junk food vegan with the amount of processed food I eat. This is inspiring me to really start taking up cooking amazing meals on the regular. Amazing food!
hi! Im thinking of giving it to a friend as a gift. But they don't like when cooking takes too much time. Are the majority of the recipes time intensive? Can u give me an estimate? Thanks a million :)
@@thinkwhatsyourlife5908 here is what to love about that cookbook other than the recipes- Gaz gives approximate prep times for each recipe as well as a level of difficulty for the recipe and lovely photos of the food too. User friendly and no surprises with the length of time to cook.
?! There are plenty of meatloaf that look and taste yummy? I don't understand how you would come to this conclusion (with all the recipes on the internet).
@@mariebourgot4949 Get upset over nothing next time, just giving Gareth here some feedback that the recipe he created is the first appetising one if its type I've come across. Obviously, because all meatloaf recipes I've ever seen look like square, grey, dystopian food rations rather than an enjoyable meal. How is this difficult to understand and why does it upset you so much that someone you will never meet hasn't found tasty meatloaf recipes before now?
I baked the meatloaf yesterday for Thanksgiving and loved all of it from the experience of cooking it to eating it. It was the first time I have eaten black chickpeas. Omg.....they are to die for. I especially LOVED the barbecue sauce. I have been a vegetarian for 12 years but recently since September embarked on a full vegan diet....and the experience of making these recipes has been a very warm and fulfilling one. I also follow Pick Up Limes religiously. Between Avantgardenvegan and Pick Up Limes the level of spices I've been introduced to is absolutely amazing. Sadia and I have very similar tastes with spicy hot foods. So I absolutely LOVE her meals. Also starting my journey making some of Avantgardenvegan's meals starting with the meat loaf. So glad I chose that meal. Very good start for me as a new subscriber to this channel. Great work. Thank you!
Y'all real talk, I was lucky enough to have all the ingredients for the tuna mayo on hand and i made it the same day i watched this video. That shit tasted so much like tuna mayo its not even funny. Update: I also made the meatless load with a few modifications. Also, pretty darn good. I'll be putting Gaz's cookbook on my Christmas list this year.
I am a born vegetarian Indian, we have been preparing dal in lots of ways now found a new unique way of preparing dal 🙂 (its kind of upgraded version of Dal Makhani 🙂)
Everything looks so good! And I like how you always add your extra touch. That mango chutney was a nice touch. I never heard of black chickpeas but I'm on the hunt to find them. The color of these beans will go better in recipes than regular chickpeas. I'm making everything in this video. Thanks, you're definitely one of the best vegan chefs out there.
Just got your cookbook plants only kitchen and i love it! We have only made the lentil bolognese and the peanut curry so far, and they`re amazing! I’m going to make the meatloaf tomorrow, so it was PERFECT to see you do the recipe in this video, very good timing! 👌😉 also i brought some of the lentil bolognese for lunch at work one day, and all my non-vegan colleagues were very interested in it, and they kept asking about what was in it. I never had a vegan dish get so much curiosity before, so you know it’s a good one. Can’t wait to make more of your recipes! 😍
Long time viewer, first time commenter. I've been watching your videos since Vegan 100, but I just now bought all 3 of your books. Have an amazing week, mate.
Absolutely love each and every recipe of yours, no notes. I once showed your Nasi Goreng recipe to a friend of mine, because I was super excited. She complained you talked too much. Let's just say I regrouped. Totally worth it!
I am very impressed. I'm a lifelong carnivore who is now converted to all plant eating. Your recipes make it easy!! I'm so glad that I found your site.
How can i ever catch up with all your amazing recipes 🥰 We tried so many already and it baffles me that EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM is my new favourite hahahah how is this even possible 😱 Cant wait to cook for my Vegan Baby when she is old enough to eat "real" food! So excited to see which will be her favourite 🌸
Damn what a mouthwatering sight, Chef! I loved your chickpea tuna with the nori! I was surprised to see you put the nori in the blender to blend it into powder and then add the chickpeas because those last weeks I am making a bread spread with nori and chickpeas which I came up with myself starting with those same steps as you and well I tell you this nori works wonders I give the spread to my son as a breakfast and he can't get enough of it! When I saw you put those same ingredients into the blender I got very excited! The rest is also definitely worth making. So convenient to store. Thanks Gaz for one more amazing video I love your cooking!
You have truly inspired me to become vegetarian and bit by bit, with all the lovely recipes you kindly share, I know I'll make it to be vegan. Thank you so much for your passion to create beautiful food. You're a sweetheart. I love your book. Jan :-)
You are amazing Gaz. Your channel & vegan recipes are BY FAR the best on RU-vid. You inspire me & make me smile every time you post something new. Absolutely brilliant. Love your energy, vibe, content & flawless recipes 👏🏽👊🏼♥️
I just made the vegan meatloaf from this video and it was amazing! So many good nutrients, veggies and packed with protein, perfect for plant-based strength training. I didn't miss meat one bit!
Amazing recipes, classy filming! Hoping to receive your cookbooks for Christmas gifts! You definitely need your own TV show on the food network! Thank you for making such great effort to share your wonderful recipes
I am new vegan soaking up all the fast easy vegan recipes I can get my hands on. These 3 recipes look amazing. The BBQ meat loaf made my mouth 👄 water. The tuna looks better than reg tuna & on a baked potatoe Mmmm. He has a soft mellow voice that lulls you to think " I can do this ". Will try all 3 dishes SOON
Another great recipe vid . . . they are always amazing!!!!! Love that hammered pot you were cooking the lentils in, too! Keep living your dream, stay safe and much love to you!!
I made the daal yesterday, came out great. Pro tip, if you make the lentil / daal, you might want to pop all the mustard seeds in oil first otherwise they they add this bitterness to the daal. if you let them all pop in oil then it should be fine
You looked so calm and relaxed while cooking, that's what I love to watch honestly. Of course, the recipes are great ^^. I'll recommend my friends your channel. _Love and peace_
That bbq chickpea loaf may just have won best quarantine recipe period😋. I made a version similar to his bbq sauce and I was blown away. The chickpea tuna salad was also 🔥. Great job Gaz, please keep these coming.
Thanks a lot man I was literally thinking yesterday how sick I am of eating the same vegan curry every night on my weight loss plan. Can tell you put a lot of time into creating these dishes so hats of to your talent. Thanks.
Excellent recipes and video Gaz. I enjoy being vegan and never get bored because I am always trying new recipes. I even add my own twist to recipes that would include yours because that makes it even more interesting.
As a new vegan (was veggie for 5 years) I stumbled upon you channel yesterday. Just made the chickpea Tuna and it's the best I've ever had. The meat loaf is being made tomorrow.
I love your recipes. I will try to make some of them these days (I’ve never try them before since I have to translate the ingredients for me to buy them in Mexico). They look soooo good, as usual. Much love from Mexico 🇲🇽❤️
I just found your channel and I’ve made two of your meals already. I’m a new to being a Vegan and I was a little loss until I found your channel. Just amazing and everything is so tasty. Thank you so much.
Okay that's it! My family's gonna be taken to the moon and back, I swear they're not ready😂 Thank you for sharing these yummy dishes. My word! you're a genius.😀🌱
Yeeeees - I've finally orderet Plants Only Kitchen in danish and I can't wait to show my sons (age 19 and 20 yrs) that plantbased is the way to go 🥦🍅🍄🥑🌶 2021 is indeed a HAPPY NEW YEAR. Greetings to Gaz, the Team and the rest of you vege-foodies on YT from Camilla in Copenhagen, Denmark ❤
I am an indian and like many of us I m a vegetarian (not vegan) and always wanted to try different kind of vegetarian food from around the world but thrle foreign countries mostly have meat based recipes.. Ur channel is a blessing to try so many vegetarian or vegan dishes from around the world.. Thank you so much❤️❤️
I've started taking my lunch to work (including your recipes) and my co - worker always loves the smell and has asked me to bring her some! My husband also always says how amazing your "mac and cheese" smells when I make it but he refuses to eat any meal without meat. We'll see how long he can last...
As usual amazing recipes...I really wanna try that chickpeas recipes... Dhal is like daily food in our food but first time Im seeing adding milk in dhal... Maybe I should try...thanks chef for amazing recipes...
You have nailed the protein fix Gaz!! Oh these look so good. My oldest will absolutely love the chick pea tuna-she makes a different version and will definitely make yours! Thank you so much! ♥️🌱♥️
Gday gaz, ive been loving your stuff. Just need to know, what are your thoughts on freezing meals? Do they lose nutritional value? Out of the high protein meal preps you’ve done, which do you think are the best for freezing?
I will literally come to the UK just to try your food if you open a restaurant! This looks once again like perfection, so much soul and love in your cooking ❤️
I love your book soooo much. Everything I've made for my non-vegan friends and family has really been a great hit! Making that loaf for the holidays for sure. I always love my chickpea tuna with capers, dill, onion and pickles. So good easy for sandwiches. :)
