My Clinic Is Shutting Down l DIALYSIS PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN 😳

Hey yall,
So it was announced a couples weeks ago that my clinic would be shut down and joined with another. We have been 3 days a week the whole year. Most days with staff…some days with management questioning whether we would have enough staff…it’s bitter sweet but it’s definitely time for a change.
⁉️Anything new happening with yall clinic the beginning of the year?

I want to let you know your videos have been so motivational and encouraging to me ❣️ It’s good to know someone is out there that works in dialysis and understands the passion we have and also how much work & time is put into this career❤ thank you😊 Been in my partition for 4 months, it’s NOT easy but I absolutely LOVE IT❣️ OAN: maaaaaan the passing of patients is CRAZY sheesh I’ve been here 4 months and I’ve seen 7 patients pass, 4 of them I’ve actually spoke with it put off and/or off machine

Hi ebony , can I ask when opening and closing the clinic is the opener and closer alone? That seems a bit scary at 4am.

Heyyyy you can ask me anything. Yes most times the opener is alone but sometimes you don’t have to close alone…it just depends on the clinic. And opening you will be alone about 15-30mins until the other staff start arriving. One clinic I travel to has security because of the area…but it depends on the area.

We had a staff meeting at my clinic today and the regional manager said there is a new president of the company and he said there are going to be a lot of changes in 2023... im located in MS

Because it’s hard and they don’t want to pay davita Is doing pretty bad compared to Fresenius …but dangggg. Get that overtime !!! Hopefully one day you’ll travel to my clinic .

Thanks…yea I did ALOT of overtime this year..but sis that aint it. No one should HAVE to work overtime to stay afloat. But good news is I start float pay with another company soon and they offered way more! So unfortunately that is the way to go.

@@imeboni I’ve been debating if I’m gonna leave the company or not . The pay for what you have to deal with. It is ridiculous especially because we had corporate come in questioning things to about retention like we cannot keep employees.
