I had a wire shelf like yours in my closet but they do not hold enough - mine completely collapsed on me too. My dad has two big pvc pipes holding it up on the ends (bc it was my closet at home while I lived away from home) but it's a small closet (think 1 door, not much wider than the door). Hi! I bought those closet kits and I know it says it hold up to 45 lbs but what my husband and I did was we bought anchors that held up more weight instead of using the ones with the kit! And coming from a girl with A LOT of clothes,it weights a ton but it’s holding up really well!
