Love that you're rocking a Squier live on stage! Your pedalboard is a freaking work of art and looks so convoluted and cumbersome, if you play straight into an amp...do you feel inadequate or naked? Just brilliant and truly inspirational work brother, congrats on your success Chris!

Hey Chris, Your Episodes are informative, inspirational, and amazing. Seeing you play with Capo in the intro made me think of a Capo Episode. I found it difficult to solo with it, especially bending strings. Also its keefs birthday tis week, so its kind of fitting in this regard. Cheers and take care

Diggin the EP booster, I run a Dunlop EP101 (similar type of pedal) as always on at the end of my chain too, it just makes everything sound sweeter

Hi Chris, so good to meet you at GG a while back. I noticed you use a helix plus more traditional pedals, all hooked up to an external foot controller . Is there a particular reason not to use the full fat helix floor unit vs the individual pedals like Ep boost etc?

Initially I thought the mystery Thorpy pedal would be a Bluesbreaker with the Heavy Water. After watching some old vids, I think it’s a modded Gunshot (Marshall sound) with Heavy Water.

Hey Chris I was wondering if at some point you could highlight more specifically how you use/combine your drive pedals. You have quite a few. Are they all in independent loops on G3? Do you have any effects grouped together in a single loop? are you using certain combinations for a specific sound/use? This combo for rhythm this combo for solo ect... Thanks man!

Why don’t you run both outputs on the g3 and have stereo instead of using the splitter at the amps?

There’s quite a few pedals after the G3 - I talk about the signal chain in the specific pedalboard breakdown video I did a few weeks back but once the signal leaves the G3, it goes into the HX Stomp XL, UA Starlight, Boss RE-202, UA Golden Reverberator and EP Booster.

Another great video! Not a guitar question but wondering why you guys don’t run in ear monitoring? What are you using for hearing protection? Have you considered incorporating an IEM touring rig? Many thanks JohnG

It's something that a few of the band will probably look into for the next tour but personally I'm not a massive fan of them. Done a few shows with them in the past and I find it too similar to tracking with headphones in a studio; it's a little too hyper-focused for me. I want to be at the gig as well as playing it, if that makes sense?
