Stress doesn’t work as fuel for most of them to accomplish goals. Stress from all workforce should be eliminated as it’s someone’s inability to not handle emotions well and to feel stressful when one is thinking it’s tough to achieve it or when things are not going as they want it etc. Stress just acts as a force to get the work done but it’s sad that it is there among people. It will come down to whether the person can do it or not without involving stress.And it can be seen without putting stress of-course. But instead of stress something needs to be put as in passion for the project or the benefits or career benefits or the cause of it depending on the project it can be found out which might be the fuel for one to outperform himself/herself.

Good content, but I disagree with a point - You said "The client is paying you", you are actually wrong, the client is not actually paying you but your firm.

Just for context, Consulting invoices contain the job roles of the folks who will be on the case like engagement manager, associate and an hourly billing rate which is usually 5-6x their salary. So technically client does feel like they’re paying them.

There is college in India gurgaon GRMI (global risk management institute) it provides Post graduation in risk management and it's total fees is 12 lakh and average placement is 9 lpa and they say as per there placement scenario 85% are working in big 4 companies and i have asked few students from thier institute i got positive response only Can you please suggest this

Please follow the merit and do what you are good at rather than running after money... stress will age you and create health issues.. which might not be worth in the long run
