My Cruise Went to the Red Light District! Norwegian Prima: 11 Day Solo Cruise 

Hey Cheryl, your comment made my day 😊 I don’t need to tell you that life is too short, so why not get out there and enjoy it? That’s all I’m trying to do and I’m so happy that my videos have given you even a small piece of happiness. I love to travel and I love sharing my adventures, let me tell you that the oldest SOLO traveler on my cruise was 92 years old!! A lady that lost her husband but continued to travel because the only alternative is to stay home and that’s no fun 😁 I’m so happy that I’ve inspired you to travel, I would definitely look at doing a cruise, you would love it. Many opportunities to meet like minded people and enjoy your time together! Like I said in the video, I am definitely the youngest person in the ‘solo club’ but we’re all just human beings spending a tiny portion of our lives on this ship, so why not enjoy it and enjoy the company of others?! Yes yes! Ben got me out of my funk too. I am a new empty nester and found myself staying home a lot. Ben’s trip in the Norwegian solo cabin inspired me to try it out and that’s what I did last month. Not sure the solo cabin was my cup of tea but I had a great time on my first solo cruise. Just try it!!

There’s plenty to do in Amsterdam, Fredwina! Definitely skip the RLD, nothing to see there! I think Amsterdam can definitely be a port where an excursion isn’t a necessity and the ship docks right in the city! The last time I was in Amsterdam, I visited many great museums! No one wants to be annoyed by a guy sitting next to them in a restaurant talking about the food to a camera 😂 also, I don’t think filming me actually eating will add much value to the video 😂 food is always great though!

I agree with you that it’s a great city to just wander! Lots of interesting things to see around every corner. The dirty streets definitely ruin it and the countless homeless is not nice to see. But it’s worth a visit 😊 lots of cool things to do and see! Thank you for watching!
