What OS is your rig running and how did you install the OS, Drivers, Mining Software to the naked hardware? Is it possible to switch to different currencies such es ETH for mining or is it most efficient to mine Bitcoin and trade it for other cheaper currencies with more potential? Really looking forward to your videos on that topic!

Pieces eth is the most profitable, so it makes sense just to trade that for whatever you want. Also it's just settings and software configured on his boot drive. He's likely using a windows application, or ethOS: a version of Linux specifically made for mining

Giovanni Vittorio Ambrosini probably not. The power costs plus time needed to learn about the mining ecosystem isn't worth it for just one card. (Imo)

SLHD nope. Not at all. Power costs would likely be way too high for a 780, and for a 1070, Imo it's not worth occupying your main rig just to mine. Also, the time you'll invest learning how to make everything work Imo isn't worth the trouble for just 1 gpu.

I ve done lite coin mining and it's really easy to set up but I did it as proof of concept on my ( non powerful ) laptop for fun. But now I know I can do it. Ethereum I couldn't even start it cause my GPU is less than 2gb VRAM . But I think I need a tutorial on ethereum .

You're not going to believe me , but ... I did know about btc early. I knew how to mine. I didn't do it. I looked at it again when it was 300$. Didn't do it. This summer when it was 2000 I told everybody it's going to rise high.nobody believed me. Again. I was afraid. When I told people I know how to mine latest say lite coin , they thought I was lying and some think that you have to spend all your day , like it's a video game . Seriously at 500-600 month it's better than my job

spyrmac i first heard of bitcoin when it was at around 5 cents back in 09-10 highschool me didnt think it was gunna boom and the 5 dollars i was gunna spend on bitcoin got spent on linch after school...... Completely regret spending it on food back then

I see the mining as a safety net so to speak. If by extraordinary circumstances crypto value will be 0 overnight I still have value in the hardware

Florin Pitu totally agree. With mining, if all the coins go to $0, you still have the value of the hardware. Where as if you have just the coin you lose all your money. In my opinion the ratio of risk to reward is slightly better, but you're right, with just investing you can make more money. (However I view it to be much more risky)

the issue with cryptocurrency is the blockchain technology , if you speak to programmers etc databases architects etc you come to realise how limiting it is . but lets see what he future holds no one cold predict i'd be watching a video on my phone
