They use either RV Antifreeze or Calcium Chloride in the rear tubes ( like the big farm tractor's use) so it won't freeze and adds weight for traction and stability on hillsides. (To keep the tractor from rolling over sideways on top of you.) The Calcium is highly Corrosive and will eat your rims off your tractor over time... but may keep you out of a Hospital !!!! ;-) As far as the white paint on your wheels and the rest of your Cadet, Rustoleum Almond is very close to the correct white for your tractor and Old Cat Yellow or School Bus Yellow is the yellow. AKA Federal Yellow
