Go to gym & do rise on toes to build up calf muscles. Calf is three muscles and doing rise help to make muscle wrap around front of shin.

Nice vid! I agree those GUs can be hard to get down sometimes but for running i switched to SIS gels or Maurtens because they are much thinner and dont really need to use water to force them down lol

I got that same water pack on Amazon and I love it for long runs and hikes. I like the honey stinger chews. Never tried the waffle.

Right!! I’ve tried other budget friendly water packs and this one was the best one with the easiest water drip! I’ll have to try the honey stinger chews, thank you!
