If you guys decide to use her feminine hygiene routine, make sure the products are all FRAGRANCE FREE. If you're really into hygiene that's the #1 rule to a healthy 🐱
😮love ur fragrance free hygiene routine I would drink warm water and lemon and unsweetened cranberry juice ur elimination and digestion is another issue 😊😊
Hi guys, I'm 55 years old and I've never any issues with down below! I don't use fragrant soaps and always clean inside with my finger. Get everything out and making sure it's clean. I've been for examinations where the nurse has told me I'm very clean down there and that she hasn't seen one as clean!! Don't be shy to clean your own insides it's yours! I don't get any odours or sweatiness. At the end of the day we're all different. I never used to shave down below but would keep it low down/neat. I've been shaving for a couple of years now and feel fresher. Having a clean body is everything. I also wash 2x's! Chloé is a good advocate for not only the young but we older ones can learn a lot from her too. She's in the wrong job (not really!) But she would be good helping women who have hygiene issues. I've put this part of my comment in the wrong place but hey ho HAPPY BIRTHDAY JORDAN! 🥰🙏🏼❤🇬🇧
Folks, if you take any medications at all PLEASE check with your doctor before taking supplements. You'd be surprised at what seemingly innocent ingredients can interfere with some meds.
Please take heed to the above comment. I am dealing with elevated liver enzymes as a result of taking supplements. I didn't realize it could cause these types of issues.
I'm so sorry you're going through that. I just bought a bunch of supplements and then when I looked at what they all had in them realized I was about to get to toxic levels on some. It's such a balancing act. I love Chloe, but I wish she'd tell people to check with a doctor or pharmacist before starting new supplements. @@mikahick
@gwenellison5386 I've stopped taking everything, and my levels are slowly returning to normal. It's very important for people to consult with a physician. Thank you for bringing light to this.
@Tixz-is7wb Not at all. I was taking a woman's multi vitamin, iron, Goli Beet gummy, Vitamin D, and apple cider vinegar capsules. Not all at once, but this was my daily intake.
Girl! You don’t even know how much you have taught me how to do some self love through body care! I didn’t know I needed this! I’ve been so happy ever since I’ve learned how to treat myself ❤ thank you and God bless🙏💖💖🙏 All the way from H-Town!!!
A tip with lume is to make sure you are bone dry wherever you’re applying it, I didn’t know that and I put it on moist skin and got the worst yeast infection everywhere I applied it
I just want to say a big thank you for doing videos like this. As a woman who grew up in a household with no female figure, I did not learn this stuff. They didn't teach it in school either. Growing up, and still even now, I use these kinds of videos and self-research to learn. Also, I want to say thank you for sharing your knowledge and tips in a respectful and kind way. I've watched many tiktoks of women screaming in disgust at women like myself, who are so rude and plain mean to us, but we just don't know any better because we weren't educated about it. So again, HUGE THANK YOU. YOU'RE THE BEST
What I mean when I clicked on this so fast and started smiling. I love her hygiene vidoes, she has no idea how much she helped me. I love all her viode over all ❤️❤️❤️❤️ bless you Chloe 💋
I feel like you are getting prettier and prettier 😍 I am honest I am not a fan of those lashes (I prefer it less) but girl you are glowing and every time I see you in a video I think she is such an angel and also happy birthday to Jordan 🎂🍰
Can I just say that Chloe is very pretty young girl however these lashes and long nails cheapen her look so much. My daughter is the same, naturally pretty but love fake lashes that hide her gorgeous eyes. I don’t understand this, but hope one day she will grow out of it and appreciate her natural look
Cloe you need a water 💦 fountain in your home like we got just like the water coolers in the offices you will be so glad you did the unit is only $5.99 a month then you get your 5 gallon bottles delivered weekly or bi-weekly however you like check out Ready fresh you will love it.
Women at work laugh at me for changing my underwear. Um ma'am we work in a hot factory lie to me & tell me that cat doesn't sweat. Lies. Laugh all you want, I'm clean, dry, & fresh. We are women it's so childish to laugh at what we all know. We are women we have an open hole that secretes fluid, unless you are DRY as the dessert, you will secrete fluids. I'd rather not sit in it sweat etc.
@@NickeshaRodgersliners are made with plastic meaning they reduce airflow to your 🐱. It's way better to just change to a fresh set of cotton panties rather than wear liners
Some advice: add something to your water (ei liquid IV, or Celtic salt) to boost the hydration level. You don’t want to drink too much water because it can overwork your kidneys. The goal is to hydrate your body, not to just drink a bunch of water.
true, however some people want a nice lil scent and if they can use a product like lume that won't irritate them but will add a nice scent, then they can. However yes it is recommended to only use fragrance free wash and wipes.
@@DiamondpaintingwithKadyIt’s literally recommended by Gynecologists that we use a fragrance free soap since fragrance can throw off our PH balance, cause irritation, or potential UTI.
@@U3ak0 exactly what others are saying. it's recommended. a recommendation isn't a demand nor is it detrimental if you follow it or not. coming from someone who does exactly this, (i only use fragrance free products and water) i do not have any issues with fragrance or infection from using it or contact down there. you should never just follow advice blindly no matter who it is coming from. doctors are not all knowing.
I totally agree with the water!! I drink a gallon of water a day. If im leavjng the house i stop at starbucks just to get some water. I always have water on me. It makes such a huge difference!! Also, I totally agree with the hair / shaving. I havent been able to shave or trim in months because i have been going thru a skin irritation down there and its a lot harder to keep fresh
You have really done your homework and that's why I love watching your videos. I'm an old lady, but I don't want to smell like an old lady 😉 When I get out of the shower and dry off, my arm pits, under boobs and lady bit are still moist. As you said, this can cause bacteria and odor to develop so I stand in front of the little fan (or hair dryer) for a minute before I apply other products. It helps 💖
The biggest game changer for me was putting antiperspirant on my bikini line since i sweat heavy in my crotch. Cuz if i don't put antiperspirant it's gonna stink just like armpits without antiperspirant would. Nasty, plus the sweat would stink up my pants, which I don't only wear once obviously.❤ Hope that helped.
Happy Birthday Jordan 🎉!! I really admire all that water you drink! I just hate going to the bathroom 50 thousand times a day, but I know that it will help me in the long run.
I don’t recommend using Lume in the summer or if you’re traveling somewhere that’s hot, because when it’s hot the Lume doesn’t take away the bad odor but it’s good to use it in winter since its cold.
drinking a gallon of water does more harm than good. you don't need that much water especially someone of your size. if you are drinking a gallon of water, you are most likely flushing out all the electrolytes your body needs which will make you more dehydrated.
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Drinking too much water can kill you tho. It washes away all the minerals. To hydrate you need electrolytes, water itself is not hydrating because it cannot be absorbed properly.
Happy birthday Jordan Love you chloe.. Thank God i found your videos because i used to be worried of like the breeze from the fan blowing my way... Offff.. but now i literally stand in front of the fan just to receive compliment😂😂❤ Watching from Nigeria btw
Chlorophyll is great for reducing body odor too, they make it in a pill for and in a liquid form I always put some drops in my water and drink it everyday, it really helps!
Just an FYI from one Christian to another. On the label, the owner of Honey Pot said she received the formula of her products from her “ancestors” in her dreams and she practices Santeria. I had to stop using her products.
Exactly why I stopped using her products. If an “ancestor” is coming to you in your dream then that’s a demon. The dead doesn’t know what the living is doing and it’s a familiar spirit. I threw those products away
@@lmiller6675 why would black people take time to learn anything when its easier to be force fed religious dogma that their white slave owners force fed them? its easier to go to church on sundays, praise god and then be sinful for the rest of the week.
I felt God put it in my head to recommend you both Amen Podcast, it's a RU-vid channel that's Bible based, a couple that goes over a verse or a few verses every video. I think you'd both enjoy it! :))
Hey sweetie I love watching your videos and you always mention baby dove for the downstairs. I'm diabetic and I get yeast infections very easily, I've been using Vagasil for a long time and it works but I'm afraid to try anything else.
When I tell you I’ve took these hygiene tips and it’s improved my hygiene by a million… believe me. I thank you Chloe for sharing ❤ for some reason Baby Dove is discontinued in the UK do you have an alternative?
Chloe! I thought I was the cleanest woman in the world....wow you are exactly like me! Thanks for the chlorophyll tip! Also, I agree the Lume in the tube smells horrible. I also recommend Vagisil Femine Powder.......it keeps you nice and dry.
I am a huge fan,I watched your give away from a while ago and I’m so mad I didn’t know about you back then 🤣🤣🤣I love to follow the stuff u buy for hygiene but most of them don’t sell where I live sadly .
I love this video girly! Thank you so much for this. Also what background music are you using for your intro and throughout the video? I love it so much ❤
