I searched "How to plan my day" on RU-vid. Opened a bunch of the result videos in multiple tabs. Looked through them for 1 second before playing them. Decided to focus on watching this one fully. Didn't regret it. Closed all the other tabs. Thanks for such a consise, well-edited video and sharing of your own personal experimentation and lessons you've learnt from creating your routine. me. really its not the richness thing. its all about the environment around you which makes you productive. if i were living in that area, I would go outside everyday instead of looking at my phone and watching netflix

Can we just pause for a moment and pay homage to the level of quality in your content? I subbed after watching one video and after now watching 3 more I'm certainly feeling more inspired
For example. I wake up 5 o' clock and go to work. I finish work 2 pm... I have to come back home, clean a little bit kitchen, eat something and get some rest, because i am tired. It lasts about 2 hours. So it is 4pm. Then i have to learn because I still study. Time for learning depends on week. And I have to find time for shower and supper, at 10pm I go to bed, because I have to sleep at least 7 hours. I don't have time for daily TO-DO list. I think that kind of stuff are for people who dont have work...
Thank you for sharing your routine! I also (after years of trying create a good routine for myself, trying to become productive and failing many times and always lying in bed all day with no improvement or things done) finally this week started to get out of bed and follow my routine. Still just testing the routine since its not finished but i am happy that i finally did something in my life. I finally achieved of getting out of bed and doing something that is productive and can improve my life.

By 7:45 AM- Leak, Shower, Brush 7:45-8:10AM : Meditation 8:10-8:30AM : Yoga(Pranayam) 8:30AM-9AM : Breakfast(Heavy) 9AM-2PM : Work(Pomodoro) 2PM : Lunch 2:30PM : Afternoon Walk(Countering Lethargy) 3-5PM : Work(Least stressful work) 5-7PM : Hitting the Gym+Post Workout Meal 7-10PM : Self Improvement Chores/More Work/Something New 10PM : Dinner(Disconnect) 10:30PM : Brush, Freshen up, Planning next day. 11PM : Go to bed. There are some things like Journal, learning a language, reading a book can be put in the evening routine. What do you say?
I dunno great routine but i just feel that you have lots of tasks to accomplish while you dont dedicate enough "time for yourself" i.e watch some movies, have time for family, play some sports, hang out with friends etc .. I think you should have some empathy for yourself because engaging in a lot of productive activities may not solve the problem but rather it may ruin your life
We all have a limited amount of will power, so you can't force yourself much to atrictly follow a routine. Try & mix up different routines and choose the ones which comes naturally to you and always keep the hardest things as the first thing after you wake up as your mental reservoirs are at highest after a sleep 👍🏻 And yep, am a professional Psychotherapist and this thing really works 🔥
