I would love to see Self Care Sundays with JVN- a little moment to sip a tea with you and chat about your week, maybe answer a couple questions, then something you can do at home to have a cute little spa time, maybe a quick lunch or smoothie recipe, then Cat Kisses & some positive affirmations for the week ahead, your fave yoga stretch- energy perfection henny! love you 😘

Another thing people forget is to use skincare on the backs of their hands! They show age just as fast as the face (if not faster) so don’t neglect that skin! Use the extra product on your hands to wipe the backs or put anti-aging serum on them at night. Voilà!
