Been a fan for a few months and I absolutely adore every video Jordan makes. As a subscriber all the way in China and the same age as Salish, I just love how enthusiastic and full of energy Salish and Jordan are in every video. I’m not 100% with this but the yoga stick can also be for a back cracker. You just use it the way he did and bend your back a little backwards and boom you have a back cracker in my opinion I would rate it a 4 star bc I think it’s pretty cool
