Thanks Dario. My answers below: 1. In general AWS has good work life balance. At times, like any other company, if a critical project comes then you have to work longer for a bit. Other people will jump in and help if you are in that situation. 2. and 3. This depends on the customer. For example, when I joined AWS couple years back I was engaged with a huge enterprise and that's the only customer I had because they had plenty of projects going on. In my current role, I engage with lot more customers but for a short stint. Account SAs stay with customers from start to finish of the projects, Specialist SAs jump in, help, then jump out.
