I must be the only one this happened to but I’ll go ahead and mention it. You know how you look at cars from the 70s or earlier and they just look old fashioned? I binged on Cybertruck content when it was unveiled and when I took the long drive home from visiting my parents, I had the same visceral reaction to new cars on the road. The feeling faded but I’m wondering if it will return or if others will experience the same.

It's not monstrous, its about the same length as any regular size crew cab truck (shorter a bit), and its definitely a LOT less tall. It's way smaller than the F250/F350 levels of truck, Raptor, Hummer EV, and more.

In 2026 no one will even notice them as the novelty wears off. But the Cybrtrck owner will notice the $8/gal signs as he drives past the Arco ⛽ station.

You will notice your car insurance bill. And after warranty you will see how expensive repairs are. $1200-$1500 for new tires every two years.

I was a big fan of the Tundra and test drove a crew cab a few years back. Go see a Cybertruck in person if you can, you won’t be disappointed!

The Cyber truck has helped Tesla sell alot of cars. It is all marketing. Buying that truck without even driving it is crazy. I drove all of the Tesla cars and apart from being fast I did not see or feel anything Luxury about them.
