This is the one that completely shattered me into a million pieces. Iv never cried for a celebrity or musician... until today. Chester... you were our voice. The ground shook beneath you when you screamed. Thank you so much for sharing your soul with us. Your name and your music will echo in eternity. RIP my brother in Metal

It's almost December. I miss Chester Bennington. I had just graduated high school and was adapting to the real world when he passed. Thank you for all the things you have done and the lives you've impacted.

The song 'My December' is included in the album titled Hybrid Theory. Even though more than 20 years have passed, this song is still one of the best-selling songs to listen to, especially towards December every year. This song is about a person who regrets what happened in December.

Anyone had that older sibling that listened to Linkin Park? Being like... 7 years old, having an emotional connection to THIS song, and now 16 years later and this song couldn't be any more relevant to me right now. Respect to this band.

It's December 1, 2023 today. I've realized that I have seasonal depression, though mine is every October. It's been like this for 6 years now. I've always hated October because I get depressed, I get reminded of my horrible traumas, and bad things always happen during that month. This year's October was the second worst so far. I wish I could just forget it. Linkin Park's tribute concert for Chester last 2017 led me to finally seek help. I have been undergoing therapy for half a decade now. To anyone reading this, if you're struggling with depression, I just want to let you know that someone cares for you, even if it's not someone within your circle. You are loved and you are not a burden. May you all have a wonderful holiday this December. See you all again next year.

People need to remember this song when they diss Heavy and Battle Symphony. Linkin Park have always written and sang to express their emotions.

It's Decemeber 2020 and everything is still really bad but even if it isn't December we'll still come here to help ourselves feel better and listen to a voice of a legend that will never die, let's hope he's found his somewhere he belongs. This song is so haunting since I first heard it when my sister just bought the CD back in 2000. Who knew it would become a real message from Joe to Chester, the lyrics are very chilling. When Chester passed I was depressed for months, much longer than I thought I’d be, he was the voice of my teenage years, he described everything I was going through, I regret I fell out of touch with the band after Minutes to Midnight.

Rest In Peace Chester. First song I played after hearing the awful news. Depression and addiction are terrible, terrible diseases. If anyone reading this is afflicted with either, just know that we love you.
