You CAN NOT beat this price for Downtown Chicago and with a W/D in unit! Also moving during winter helps! Congrats.

Use to live here. Rent was 1300 a month because I moved in during summer in 2021. It was just built and use to be a hotel. Additionally, there was a shooting in the building last year and the area is CRAZY loud.Lastly, during winter is gets incredibly cold. You are forced to use the heat and cost per month is $300-$1000 dollars. When I say it gets old btw..I mean it gets COLD. That is why it is so cheap. Still a great option for downtown and VERY cheap. Price is probably still around 1500 once prorated during the summer.

Coming from LA this is so nice for $1500 a month especially with the in-unit washer and dryer! Congrats on finding this place!
