John, love the new apartment but the audio is hella echoey. I think your best bet would be to buy some audio foam for the walls and ceiling, you don't need to completely cover them just a few squares here and there, and maybe a small area rug on the on the wood floor, the last thing I want to see if you get kicked out of that new apartment for a noise complaint. Anyways keep up the good work on the videos, and thank you for the constant motivation that you give.

I have watched the building you are in being built from the ground up on the other side of their parking lot. The apartments look really nice. I was considering an apartment there, or live at the marina on Shoreline. Congrats on relocating to Long Beach!!

Looks great, I just hope they don't hike up the price of your rent next year. I've been to similar apartments where I've signed at an insanely low rate, and then the second year, they jack up the rent 50%-60%.

Hey John, I have a question. Ever realized that there is much more storage for stuff when using a bed frame. Just think of how many boards , pairs of shoes, and other random things can go beneath the box spring.
