Great review, I am in San Diego, CA USA I am a 70 yr. disabled senior and what makes this great is its small footprint, easy to use indoors and out and can use like a chair in home or restaurants without the need to transfer from say a typical senior scooter to a chair. Would be nice to have a longer range model say 20 miles without having to purchase an additional battery pack and an additional rear basket for grocery bags...also be able to purchase an extended warranty after spending $5,000 US would be nice to have service if needed for 5 yrs. Thank you for this, Ive just arranged a visit from TGA the company are lovely to deal with, so I’m trying C2 for the second time ( long story) and the F, one good thing you’ve mentioned is no suspension on the F, so I’m thinking with my spine I may have to go for the C the trial will decide. I had one delivered to my house today and I'm so excited to start my new life with it! Also - I've got the same colour panels on the arms as you do! Also - I have a Husband and a Cat! :D

My scooter is too heavy to take outside so I use a wheelchair when I'm out. The powerchair sounds like a good idea. You're a great presenter Stela. I love how you almost run over the man showing you the chair. He should have kept out of your way lol

Just had the demo yesterday and I loved it! I’ve ordered mine in blue and I can’t wait till it arrives. My old power chair was good but because the front wheels were free moving, if I hit a pebble or something it would abruptly turn, which caused great pain in my shoulder when having to counteract it. The omni-wheels were definitely the selling point for me and it’s hopefully gonna make gong out that much easier and less painful in the long run. Thanks for a great review, it’s so much better hearing from someone who uses it daily x

Hired one of these whilst on holiday in the USA. Sold Sold Sold!! Was very surprised to be able to get one using £40 (weekly) of my PIP allowance in the UK. I have been using a Quantum 2, but the Whill C2 is a game changer. Thank you Stela for this straight up honest review.

Thank you for your review. It has helped a lot. I'm a Post Polio and I'm losing more and more muscle & function. I've always relied a lot on my arms but I've damaged both my shoulders so crutches & a manual wheel chair are out for me now. I've been using little scooters but with more problems it's becoming dangerous, in fact I've tipped myself over and I can't now get back up with no shoulder function. Only a small scooter can work in our house. So I had a test run of this scooter and with its high tech wheels it can navigate our tight corners. So we've ordered one. Gulp! Yes very expensive. As I'm 73 years old our Australian government now says I'm not disabled so I don't qualify for any assistance. Isn't it great that old age can "Cure" a lifetime disability.😄 But I need this for safety as well as comfort. I'm only 168cm tall but my legs are as long as a six.foot persons. I'm looking forward to learning how to drive this baby.

Hi Stela, I'm Sandra and live in Victoria, BC. I've used mobility scooters since 2006, but the writing's on the wall that I need more stability. I tipped on my scooter 5 days ago doing something simple I've done numerous times before in our garden, so now I have a painful tailbone and a concussion. My MS, dysautonomia, etc., didn't need THAT! I test drove the first WHILL Model C when it came out. It felt like the Mars rover going over bumps with those wheels! I was a little leery of backing it down my vehicle's wheelchair ramp, but I think I can figure out how to turn the WHILL around inside the van. Thanks for the excellent and thorough review. My power assist gave me unprecedented independence. Truly amazing what powered mobility does for you. I've always eyed the whill chairs (for years!) but I have a custom manual now and it's so light and compact I don't know how I could go with something else. My joints are quite painful and unstable but I got lucky in that my shoulders are my best joint - really ought to protect them better though.

I mean, with rehab chairs you do know how used one is because they have odometers. My used power chair had 11 miles on it. But rehab chairs do cost a lot more. My chair was $38,000 new. (I bought it for $1600.)

Are the front wheels easy to clean? Seeing you on the grass you could easily pick something up on them 😂 Great video 👍

Follow zebra here. So many questions sorry. Do you feel like there’s enough support in the back rest. I’m seeing your neck whip about and I’m like ouch. Also the front wheels does it feel bumpy as you’re driving or is smooth. Is it waterproof and last what’s it like with cobbles and hills ? Thank u x

i have hypermobility and am waiting to see a rhuematologist to see if i have eds, im getting my powerchair on monday!! its an AO6L

I have a new power chair but it’s several hundred pounds and I don’t have a wheelchair ramp. So I can’t take it outside and that’s where I need it. But my city is very hilly and we don’t have the corners without curbs. Most have high curbs and the others have stairs. Imagine trying to take a huge power chair down 4 or 5 cement steps every time you need to cross the street. So once I’m able to get it outside I’ll have to use it in the street and never on the sidewalk. It’s dangerous.

I need a power wheelchair or shooter because my right does not bend more than 15% anymore. It is so hard to find a wheelchair where I can put my leg straight in front of me.

Hi Stela, My wife Christine has Sarcoidosis and being on steroids for 20 years she now has brittle bones, last month She fell and broke shoulder, we’ve now decided it’s time for a power chair. Like you we love the modern look of the C2, we have requested a home demo, how do you find putting in/out of car? Hey Stella! I love your videos and energy. And now I have my eyes on the Whill wheelchair from your video 😅 I have one question though. Before even considering a trial with a professional. Are the arm rests adjustable? I am short (158cm/5"2) and I'm scared that the joystick would be too far to easily reach it without having to put strain on my forearms. Thank you!❤

So glad I've found you. Great video. I've been considering this exact chair for quite a while now. Here in the States, they aren't covered by insurance. They only cover the huge ones that weigh 2-300 lbs and you need a mechanical lift to get them into a van. I was worried that it may be too difficult for my daughter to manage when she takes me places. I know it breaks down, but do you think I should look for a foldable one instead?

I have Multiple sclerosis and I am a photographer. I want to be able to go 'off road' a bit. Right now I have a golden lite rider envy. the tires are not good with off road. My husband has a fear that the front tires will get stones or pebbles in them and I would get stuck. What is your experience?

If you want to buy one of these used, and have an IOS device, you can connect to the chair and display the odometer reading to see how far its been driven since it was manufactured.

Do you have to give it back after the 3 years or can you choose to keep it as you would have paid it off by end end of the 3 years ? The reason I ask is because I’m considering getting one off of my pip but I don’t like the idea of giving it back and then having to lose another 3 years of the motabillity side for a new one when it could help towards other adaptations especially if the one you have is totally fine

Thank you, Stella! I loved your review of the chair and hearing your story. I just bought the C2 in the US earlier this week! I love it except the jerkiness of the front wheels at slow speed has been hard to get used to compared to other power chairs I've had in the past. I'm looking forward to the day when I don't even notice this. Other than that, I love being able to easily handle curb cuts and other obstacles when I'm out and about. Great job!
