What if your structural building is a bungalow would cost the same. In term of foundation

Rich man's project. The steel reinforcement could hold a 4 storey building. The ground and plinth beams plus foundation walling is unnecessary and way too excessive. Did you reach the rock layer underneath the clay soil??

What is a PVC pipe doing in a column? To re-enforce the concrete?
