i wouldn't look at raw sales numbers or profit and if that's "enough" to live a certain lifestyle. it's gotta make more to be worth the headache, effort and risk vs some sort of passive investment or even a savings account. you don't want to be making 5% net profit in the end if you can get 6% in a savings account doing zero work and effort. as you say, it's scalable and you have it on auto pilot, but you also your money at risk and a lot of staff responsibility. and right, nobody is going to care about your business as much as you do, but also you should care about your team that does the grind that gives you your freedom. it's easy when things are going well, but when things are not - your team still has bills and mortgages and you can't just keep rehiring people on each seasonable sales cycle.
do a video on outsourcing everything, do you get your staff from uk or overseas? do they contact suppliers themselves, source etc. This is for wholesale ebay
