MY EMBRYO TRANSFER IS CANCELLED 

My uncle is on a ventilator dying of Covid pneumonia right now. Please mask up and keep yourself and your family safe.

I got pregnant for the first time in March and lost my baby at 9 weeks…. It was one of the hardest things me and my husband have ever gone through. We are about to start trying for our rainbow baby. ❤️ All of us….never give up in our individual journeys. ❤️

Its a very good thing you rescheduled your embryo transfer girl. I got pregnant with my 5th baby end of october of 2023. End of november we all got very sick with covid and it was very hard on my body. Well long story short at 19 weeks i lost the baby due to cord issues and low amniotic fluid. The doctors kept asking if i had been sick at all and i said yes at around 1 month pregnant i had covid. They both said the first 8 weeks is the most crucial for development and thats probably why i lost the baby. Its soooo good that you are waiting. You did the right thing!❤

Covid has changed many lives, my hubby and l got it and it effected my hearing, l know many people who now suffer every day of their lives because of Covid. You guys all of you are going to be fine but definitely take care with rest, eating properly, staying at home..YOU WILL RECOVER! MINDY, I truly feel so sorry for You, all of your faithfulness in doing exactly everything right and then have to start again but, as you say often, "IN GOD'S TIMING" This little embryo has come a long way and l feel as if so many things have happened along the way, it is especially important that the timing is exactly right. I so respect that your Dr basically told you NO but if you insisted, he had to move forward. You and Larry, as always talked it over and made the Right DECISION! Gosh I'm so sorry you have a bump in the road. I know set backs with IVF are so frustrating and it's such an emotional roller coaster. Glad you're taking a step back to give yourself and your family time to get better. I think it was the right call to make for sure! Get well soon you 3!

This happened to me too, I caught covid one week before my egg retrieval. Had to cancel that cycle, and re-order all the meds I had used, essentially losing thousands of dollars in medications. Eventually did my egg retrieval the next cycle and it was successful, so there's hope! You made the right choice in waiting for your body to be healthy and ready for your little Nemo 2.0, you got this!

The dizziness from covid is horrid i had that on and off for a couple of months after having covid, praying your symptoms don't hang around to long and you can get back on track for a new transfer date xx

Thank you for sharing the ups and downs of infertility/fertility treatments. It's such a rollercoaster of hope and disappointment. I'm an IVF baby so it's special to see someone go through that process, and currently almost physically recovered from a really prolonged miscarriage and getting ready to try again

Larry is so lucky to be okay- my mom was 65 and “had bad allergies” as she described it on this past Easter. Then she died of Covid April 24. She suddenly fell weak and ended up in the ICU and ultimately on life support. It happened so random and so fast. It’s wild 😢

Oh man that's such a bummer--it's like one of my biggest fears getting sick right before or right after transfer. You're going to be a couple weeks ahead of me I think on your new timeline. My FET number 6 for baby number 2 is early/mid August! Don't beat yourself up about going to have a day of fun honestly --so many things I put off due to fear of getting sick and messing with fertility stuff--but I've been at this now for 2 years and I don't want to miss out on making memories with my daughter, so I'm trying to just enjoy things with her and hope for the best.

Awe I'm so sorry for your disappointment. We just all had Covid too. This was my 3rd time with it and it wasn't as bad as the first two. It's all in Gods timing with the embryo.

Hi Mindy , larry and liam , yes i totally agree with divine timing and how things happen for a reason , last December 2023 after about 5 months of being so unwell , vomiting . Nausea , fatigue , i honestly could not keep anything down , finally after a week in hospital , i was diagnosed with multiple myeloma ) blood cancer . Oncology wanted to start chemotherapy straight away , i asked for that month as i had family and my grandson so i wanted to enjoy Christmas . Family friends were not happy with me ,waiting , but i just had this feeling ( i do not know why , to wait , well in that month of waiting , my kidney function came back to normal , a lot of my blood work started to reset itself , as i was on a lot pf antibiotics for infection , doctor were impressed , and here i am nearly 7 months later , doctor just monitoring , no treatment as yet as i am doing so well , i was lucky early stage and contained in my bone marrow , so i have been enjoying life , and feeling great , if i had not requested waiting , i would have never known , my body could heal like that , sorry long story , as you stated Mindy all in gods hands . And waiting i am sure , you will have another gorgeous baby , all about timing and while we are disappointed or why no treatment it was actually all for the best ; get well soon ❤❤

I figured, by the way you looked at the end of the last vlog that it wasn't good news, but, at the same time, that it was some kind of missfortune. But when you said Larry was going to be on this one, I got puzzled and a little concerned. I like that way you look at this, that it may have prevented something more serious. Also, don't beat yourselves up because of going to Universal. You could've gotten sick just by going to the grouceries's shop. It's anywhere, so... And I agree that it's just a delay of 3 weeks. it's not ideal, but could be worse. Glad to know Larry and Liam are feeling better and hope that you, Mindy, get better soon and healthier than ever to carry on with this beautiful journey! I always felt good about this IVF round, but I must confess something felt a bit off as the transfer was getting closer. Now I understand! 🙂 But, after this, I think things are going to move out smoothely.

Hi Mindy, first let me just say that I’m praying for a speedy recovery for you, Larry and Liam. So funny cause you and I were both pregnant at the same time and both of our sweet boys were born 5 days apart in August 2022. I was extremely excited when I found out that you were going to do this next embryo transfer soon because I recently found out on June 3rd that I was expecting again and how cool/crazy would that be for us to go through this together again! Even tho your transfer is delayed a bit I know that God is going to see it through in July and yet again you and I both will be busting at the seams by New Years 2025 and ready to deliver two new bundles 🤰
