This is the first video I have seen of yours. THANK YOU for saying you don't declutter your palettes! That has always frustrated me that people find it necessary to throw away parts of their collection. It defeats the purpose of calling it a "collection" ❤❤

It took me a few days as I was so relaxed I’d get sleepy after about half an hour 😂 I wish I didn’t get rid of my really old palettes instead of keeping them as collectors pieces (such as my first ever palette- urban decay sustainable in the bamboo case) I’ll definitely be back to watch this again 🥰
Well I don’t think they are ‘perfect’ anymore (if they ever were, as nothing is perfect) as age has definitely taken it’s toll but all eye shapes can wear shadow, it’s just a case of adapting the technique a bit 😊💖

I wish Urban Decay would do a throw back and re release some of their old palettes. Like the first one you showed, the one with the Chainmail and the I love NYC. I used to have those and I loved them so much. But I'm for sure not an UD shopper now.
Yeah sadly I feel the same, which makes me so sad. The new liquid liners have me tempted but other than that they haven’t had an exciting release in a long time. I wish they would bring the Pulp Fiction palette back. I didn’t pick that one up but always regretted it 💜
Agreed on Give Me Glow. I love this brand. I've got most of their palettes and too many of their singles I can create mini palettes with. I just love them. Thanks for sharing your collection. 🦊
Give Me Glow have an impeccable formula! Especially the shimmers! I love how foiled they are. Everything is really consistent quality wise as well. I have the Pastel Dreams & Haunted Pumpkin palettes on their way to me & I can’t wait to get them! Thank you so much for watching 💖
@@vinylbeauty I think you are going to love them. People complained about the timing of the Haunted Pumpkin's release, but whatever! I'm just glad it exists - and that I have it. Paired with the Bad Witch, you can really take things to another level and go out of the box.

Im 1 minute in and my 1st questions are: do you use them all, what is oldest youll put on your eyes, and what do you do with ones not usable? Oh fun project show palettes in order of release date to see how thing changed over years.

🦊🦊🦊 I loooved this video, been binge watching ❤! We have a lot of palettes in common but you also have a lot that I don't have🤷🏻♀️. I can see were on the same page. I have over 400 palettes 🙈 and I avoid decluttering for as long as I can. This has really been a pleasure to see❤❤❤!
I agree, the Melt stacks are WAY better quality than the palettes. I bought a few stacka and the metal tins (another awesome idea they took away) before they were gone. The Brunet palette is good. Beautiful collection!🦊🦊🦊🦊🐺
Yes, there was something about the quality of the stacks that they have not repeated in the palettes. I still love the palettes though, despite some being better than others 🧡
Have you tried using scotch tape on your shadows to get rid of the top layer of hard pan? It really works! You could try 😉 and maybe get some more use out of your favorite palettes. ❤

I loved this video I had to watch it in two parts. Do you store all your palettes where you can see them or do you ha e some put away. I have so many paletes but can't store them where I can see them easily and of course my favorites keep changing
It was a very long video eh! I put it all out as one long video so viewers could decide when to take breaks in it or how much to watch at a time. I don’t really store my makeup in the best way. Some palettes are in Alex drawers but most are in boxes but displayed on a cabinet. I’ll film a room tour soon 💜

Im rather intimidated purchasing indie from US if it does not automatically include taxes. How much tax and customs in total do you usually pay for the indie eyeshadow palettes from US to the UK? I would like to order from Adept and Nomad
Well this is a difficult one…some brands add on the VAT at source (like GlamLite). You know how much you are paying then & the goods arrive quicker as they don’t have to be assessed by Border Force. If the VAT is not prepaid at the time of purchase then anything with a value of £130 or more will attract the 20% VAT plus the Royal Mail handling fee. Packages take ages to be assessed too. I’ve been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my Melt Christmas town. It’s at Heathrow & not moving as it’s waiting for customs assessment. I hope that helps
