The white/neutral grey 1's need to retro. The lows retro'd but the hi's need to as well. The closest you can get to the metallic black 1 is the white yin-yang Jordan 1.

That is true they can do that but with today, it wouldn't do good in sales i.e metallic blue and red highs. Sitters and went to outlets/sales.

yea bro, i was 8 in 85 and that ERA was crazy, and the 90s... the Bordeaux 7 and Grape 5s and such Js were part of the era but just them years generally. I have always been thankful for when and where god put me in life. One of my favorite memories was mum buying me light blue/white/gold Nike Air Vortex, my first Airs was in 85 or 6, and I swear on mums life, I made her double up, well, I trashed them in 6 months and asked her to get me another pair

Different factories, different workers, different tools, retros lose a percentage 5-10% of the original shape etc. It's inevitable.

Good point, but I guess Nike/JB didn't like the idea and/or people knew it wasn't Nike/JB to begin with and/or prices for the 1's were cheap to like $30 so like people could get the real 1's back then for cheap.
