It can be brave, but it's not very graceful. In fact, it looks clumsy and unattractive to "lost" people who are looking for help in the wilderness. There's no confusion in God. No mystery. The mystery of the human condition and all that applies has been revealed to the saints who contain the Spirit of Christ. So if we are confused about God, it's only because we lack understanding and have not allowed Jesus to fully reshape our thoughts, change our minds (repent). We're not doomed to be perpetually uncertain. The world needs to see some confident followers of Christ who contain the Answer. If the Church is full of questions, then we aren't too different from the other people stumbling around on this planet, when in reality we're supposed to be set apart. Jesus was the example, so if you can't picture Him thinking the thoughts that you're entertaining in your mind, then cast them out. And all of this was an attempt to inspire and edify you, not an attack on you in any way. Hope all is well!

Oh believe me, they are still one of my all time favorite bands. I just like their heavy stuff a lot and there won't be any on this EP.

That is the same as doubt. He was freaking out and asking God to make this cup pass from him. He was scrambling and asking God to figure out if there was another way. IE doubting Gods plan. That is why he kept asking them to pray for him. Coming from the stand point of hermeneutics this makes complete sense. Additionally, I have traveled the lands of Israel. Where the historical Garden of Gethsemane was makes this even more interesting. Jerusalem is in a bowl surrounded by cliffs/hills. The garden is on one of these hills. The geography outside of these hills was considered the wilderness. Jesus was a literal 5 min walk from entering the wilderness and escaping the kiss of Judas. Jesus did not know God's plan until the Transfiguration. This is clear in Luke. The entire demeanor of Jesus changes in the Lukan narrative. Whenever Jesus says that he was speaking of his coming death was a clear edit from the Evangelists. Jesus was not all knowing, he was human. Yes he was God, but he was not freaking Voltron.
