Well this routine is good but are for those in the early 20s, if you are in your late 20s and 30s this won’t do nothing for you cause at then you should be focusing on anti aging combinations
No babe,the Dr Rashel serum is specifically for the face, however you can try exfoliating using a good body scrub, I will recommend the one from Dove,use coconut oil and Lemon juice, or you can try Aloe Vera or a sugar scrub,all of this things are good for brightening the skin,you can also search for more information from other channels here on RU-vid❤️
