You’ve been such an inspiration! I’ve been trying some new things at the gym since watching you, and if I’m not sure about form, I look through your videos and always find the help I need. I had spinal fusion in 2005 because I fractured L1 vertebra in a car accident, so I have to be careful that my form is correct, but I’m not afraid of heavy weight either. You are so appreciated! And your English is excellent.

School participates in education, but the main role belongs to the parents and family.

@@675ty This is realy bad. I’m from Brasil, I realy care about education of my childs, I can’t leave everything for school, mainly the affective side that belongs to the parents. School can not (should not) provide this very well.

What i love about Hanna is that she dosen`t claim, that you will look like her if you follow, her diet and workout plan "do this and this and you will look like me", you can follow her glutes and quads routine, and STILL not have a huge ass and huge quads like her, it is all about genetics she has awesome, genetics but one thing i have noticed is that, her arms and shoulders are way to small, compared to her lower body but again it is all about genetics.
