That nail scrubber is a game changer. I cant tell you how many times Ive just kept washing my hands until the dirt went away. Awesome video as always Audrey!
I have kp since I was a teen and it's been only few months ago that I've started to improve it at 31 yo. I've stopped using scrubs so often cause it was just scratching and inflamming more my kp so I just do it once a week but what works is high percentages of AHAs, BHAs or PHA or even all together. Derms say to not treat it like normal acne but for me I do treat it like acne and it works. Lactic acid doesn't work for me because it's too mild even at 20%. Salicylic acid and glycolic acid at a mid to high pourcentage is working like heaven. I use serums not creams because creams sometimes clog my pores and makes it worse. At this point it is what works for me so I believe you need to do your own tryouts. Wish you luck 😊❤
just dont use those scrubs from tree hut cz they have scent to them or like any scented products to that area as they would trigger those bumbs even more and even if it stays after weeks you should visit a dermatologist
Hi Audrey !!,I’ve been watching your channel for a while now … And i absolutely love your videos ,I’m so happy I found this channel Now cuz of u my hair care and body care routine has improved week after week Ily❤ This was long😅
Maybe your hair is wavy/ curly but if not I recommend you use a hair oil after blow drying and I would recommend waiting until your hair is damp before blow drying because if you blow dry your hair wet it can be damaging
Hi audrey i have a question i have so much i mean so much dandruff and i done everything to get rid of it but nothing work and i am sick of it do you have any recommendations thank you ❤
I have a question on the part when u put oil in ur hair for pre shower. Can u use every hair oil or does it need to be a specific oil like that is meant for pre shower?❤
I’m telling you right now, an African net sponge on KP is amazing!! I love it and swear by it now! My skin gets so rough if I don’t use it. My favorite thing ever!
i would use nizoral for the bumps. the first aid beauty KP scrub never worked for me, but letting the nizoral sit on dry skin for 5-10 minutes definitely smoothed out the bumps for me
The prob on your arms is better treated with hydration not exfoliating -- what worked for me is gold bond medicated eczema relief skin protectant colloidal oatmeal -- it takes it away in a couple days
Been watching your videos for a while now and i decided to take my skincare routine more seriously. I created my skincare routine (that works for me). Omg the products I got, i can literally feel my face so smooth in 2weeks of using them, even my hyperpigmentation been fading a lot. Just trying to be consistent though
I have it on my arms and legs and what I use that really works to smooth is the dove sensitive body wash. Use it everyday when you shower and it helps so much.
@2-pentylhept-1-ol if you have to do a conditioning hair mask after. Then how much use really is the coconut oil? Surely the daily kerastase hair oil I apply to my ends is still there prior to the next wash day.
@@sharonyearsley6720 If you do it before shampoo it's an oil mask and should be washed out. If you want to use the oil normally, put it in your hair after showering and use a small amount.
hey audrey!! dont worry about your keratosis pilaris it goes away on its own. my aunt had a lot of issues with it and tried A LOT of remedies naturally and chemically and that is when she left her skin alone that she noticed a big improvement hope this help love you
Good for her but it ain't the case for the majority of people. The majority who deal with KP have it for life but indeed for some it can start fading away depending on how their skin is changing when they hit a certain age like around 50 or 60 yo.
Can you please activate the subtitles? I'm from Brazil and I love to watch videos in English, just to pratice :) Also, KP may be a gluten intolerance that you've developed
My mom showed me to a doc when I was little ( for Keratosis) and the doc said it's vitamin e deficiency but I wasn't given oral supplements. Instead,my mom would apply coconut oil on the affected area and within a month it was gone for like 15+ years .
@@Tcedits-k3u too many products you really only need shaving cream shampoo conditioner and a bar of soap and bodywash and using too many products can later down the track causes skin irritations all u need really is a dove soap which cleans and moisture ya skin you don't have to use moisturizing cream afterwards all you are doing is causing more harm than good
