Would be non commercial Insurance and then you are also covered by their policy too, just like uber and Lyft

So the Sherwin jobs I do are on GoShares app, which they have all the endorsements. I had to watch a video and take a short test that they sent so I could do these jobs on their platform.

Yeah it’s 45 but you make it back and more on ur first run. My first run was $90 to deliver a sofa 20 miles away

You would be a 1099 independant Contractor!!

You’ll file a 1099 just like any other independent contractor job. Keep track of business expenses and revenue and mileage and you’ll be set when you go to file.

Do you have to get the 1099 from the IRS or will they provide the form for you?

What size and type of van are you using

Can I use my opened end pick up truck 5.5×5.5?

High roof is going to allow you to do much more with. I have a medium roof and that’s honestly the lowest I’d go

Bay Area is popping with work and so is LA. I’m in LA and I see at least 25 job notifications a day

Hmm dang I’m not sure about that market. I’d message support in the app and ask them which markets are busier and see if they can turn you on in that city as well if you aren’t already. I would run all the main cities in Texas they have if I was out there. And get on other apps as well and make sure to network as much as possible on your drop offs cuz referrals and relationships are invaluable 👌

Definitely mornings bro. You get one every now and then after 5pm but the morning is pretty busy

They charge the customer, not the delivery person. So whatever you bid is what you get.

No you don’t need a sticker and for the vehicle inspection you have 3 options. You can take it to a mechanic and pay out of pocket to have them inspect it. You can record a video going over everything on a checklist you get and then upload to RU-vid and provide them with the link. Or and this is the one I chose, you make an appointment for a zoom call with a goshare agent and you basically do a walk around your vehicle, it’s free and only takes about 20 min so I’d recommend that one. Hope this info helps

@@The_Gallowglass definitely worth it, I’m averaging 250 a day 30 or 40 for gas but still making profit

@@k1llsw1tch65 Just remember to keep your reciepts for gas, any expenses related to on the job, any maintenance, oil changes, car washes (even if you do the stuff yourself). At the end of the year you can take $0.65 cents per business mile / standard deduction on your taxes, or itemize all the stuff I said if it gives you a bigger deduction. I did Lyft last year and ended up paying $2000 for some maintenance and I went from like $6000 to $12000 tax deduction, by itemizing my deductions rather than taking the standard one. Write off your monthly phone bill too, if you use it at least 50% of the time for work. Also, if you buy a cargo van that is 6000 pounds or more you can take section 179 and depreciate out the vehicle in 1 or 2 years to write off the car.

I asked the Goshare's chat, and it said that Goshare is active in Tampa, Orlando, and Miami. My concern is knowing how much business there really is in those Counties. Best of luck to all.

@@rosamik I was told that the GoShare market in Florida is really high. I’ve seen some of the top earners coming out for Florida so I would imagine some of those cities got some decent work load

Hmm that’s odd. I’ve never had that issue. They pay about a week after delivery complete. I have a flow of direct deposits that hit my account and I’ve never had issues with receiving payments.

Pretty simple. Just load and unload mostly 5 gallon buckets. Sherwin is usually really good about helping loading and stuff too. Really don’t need much but your vehicle and your bare hands in those. Some good straps to tie down spray rigs and other equipment
