I really appreciated this episode. I'm a Brooklyn dude who wasn't hood at all (loved the music, but I grew up watching my cousin's and neighbors's lives get f//cked up by hood sh//t). These dudes were a big part of my upbringing, man. Really happy to see them not in jail, and still thriving. I wish nothing but the best for these dudes.

Being from Philly, from North..I didn’t go to The P (south Philly) like that, kinda like Brooklyn and the Bronx..but when State Property came out, he showed us what SP was like and when I got close to SP in jail/prison, I was got cool with A LOT of SP ppl.

Wow I relate to this interview a lot. I really appreciate y’all for this. My grandma suffered from dementia it was very tough. I also had to be there for her and some other close family members in there final moments. It changes you forever.

🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Salute to champ I’m home as well and my grandma was attack and rob and had a heart attack, her liver and kidney is bad and now she has dementia I stop my career as a over the road truck driver for 17 plus years and I was about to move to SC and start my own trucking business. So this hit home for me. God Bless freeway he is really a strong dude I know it can’t be easy at all to lose anyone but your child . I don’t know if I could do it 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

This is dope though....I love my mom n lost her to diabetes n then years later my brother to diabetes n cancer n then grandmother to cancer, felt destroyed till this day..... when my mother past away 2 other close women that I grew up with to me I turned into my mother after my actual mom pass away n then both of them years apart as I'm getting older pass away too n just felt I could never run into anyone anymore n made me feel alone

Love this interview. Freeway's story hit me different. Seeing my father suffer from dementia was tough for. But hearing that Freeway lost 2 children, then had to lose his father to dementia in such a short amount of time, takes a special type of strength. Looking forward to see part 2 of this interview.
