My F2P itto Annoys co-op players (Genshin Impact PS5/PS4 Co-op Highlights) 

For future viewers : I personally did not even think toxicity when I posted this , the point of that clip is to show the kyo person being wholesome carrying me, but it got misunderstood I guess😅, read the description for full context

yikes. in asia server, literally nobody cares which character you bring, as long as the team gets the job done and finishes the domain. when someone dies early, they’d sometimes even apologize in the chat and thank everyone for the carry.

What? They didn't even say anything after underestimating Itto. It was a natural reaction given that Azdaha has a geo resistance. LOL what do you expect

I don't think they were mad, just trying to be helpful. Fighting Azdaha with a geo character is like using a pyro character in the crimson witch domain. Not mad, just feel kind of bad for the Kokomi user. (This is coming from a person with a c1 double crowned Itto)

I remember meeting a toxic HU Tao main too, in the new domain (the one that has the set for kokomi and ITTO) I was matching and they joined, we were 4 players and all of them chose non healers, so I wanted to bring kokomi and the HU Tao started sending me death threats, I changed to xingqiu so I could at least heal myself even though I felt bad for the others with no healers. They all died but me, I finished the domain and the hu tao main used the Jean emote “oh…” Edit: I think some of y’all missed the point. I wasn’t bothered that much because I had to switch character, the point is that they sent DEATH threats to me and told me to unalive myself, that’s just disgusting and wrong. If you do that do NOT interact with my comment at all or try to justify that person’s actions.

I'm sorry, but the Xiao main wasn't being toxic at all. Azhdaha has 70% geo resist so it's only natural they don't advise ppl to use Itto. Sure, the crystallize shield helps but the shield generation is so inconsistent and can be difficult to pick up if it forms at an inconvenient place (below azhdaha's tummy for example). It's not like they hate Itto, belittle you or kicked you out for it too. I know people can play whatever character they want but sometimes people just pick the worst characters for the domain(I had keqing, raiden, beidou and razor fighting the crimson witch domain despite how overload hurts them and the teammates or using yanfei/hu tao/diluc in crimson witch) that people have a hard time pointing it out, fearing others might find it rude/mean.

I dont really see any problem here. They just told you its not the best to use geo for that chonky lizard because then hes like the hardest boss to defeat, being programmed for four people, but one of the team have their 70% damage wasted. Thats like to bring hu tao to crimson witch domain then upload to the internet on how people told you that pyro slime immune to pyro. Like its the fact dude he have geo RES thats all.

I mean its 70% geo resist, its almost the same of bringing Kokomi or Barbara to fight the Hydro cube just because they heal. Also crystalize shields scales with EM so unless you have 800+ EM your crystalize shields are paper thin.

Man, with the Kokomi case, it was not Itto, it was the boss you decided to fight. It's like bringing an hydro element to one hydro domain. It's normal to think it can be hard for you to do damage due the fact that your element choice is in disadvantage there. There is no need to take that comment personally

honestly that hu tao’s damage was actually terrible with xingqiu and bennett in the party 😂 so they’re one to talk - a lvl 90 hu tao user with a “decent” but also terrible build

I got itto on accident. I was a very sad and disappointed because I accidentally used my saved pity up on him. But when I started building him and reading his voice lines, I realized that he wasn't such a bad character after all.

I haven’t met any toxic players, most of the time when someone dies, they apologize and thank anyone who survived. When everyone ends up dead, we just get up and try again. Most of the people I’ve encountered are newer players, they are absolute sweethearts, especially that one Kokomi main.

you can't really rely on Itto's immense DEF to protect you on its own, as there's the 20% reduction in all RES in the burst, so you still need to be careful and utilize a shield/healer. My Itto is tanky as all heck outside the burst but still tends to die during the burst when I'm less careful lmao.

i dont really blame the kokomi that much, its like bringing (insert element here) to fight (same element boss here) sure they could have been a bit nicer but perhaps you should have picked a different boss to fight, :D

I personally don't think that the player was toxic, they were only worried that the character wont do damage because of the boss's resistance. I didn't find the comment arrogant just because he said a few words, they might not even be fluent in english.

I actually don’t think this is toxic at all. It’s because of the Geo resistance which is why they didn’t want you to use Itto (especially because of his ult). I mean, sure you can kill Azhdaha, but it will be slower.

I’m very fortunate to not have met any toxic people in Co-op. I’m very reserved about who I play with and only began opening up my world to other people recently, so huge shoutout to all the people I’ve played with who are never rude (and I’m sorry if I’m awkward idk how to interact with ppl on the internet lol) Here’s my wholesome Co-op experience as a Kokomi main: Matched with some players for a domain run. Peak of Vindagnyr, level 90. The host was a Hu Tao main, then there was a Bennett main, and a Yanfei main. At first I brought in my Childe because I know he is my highest damage dealer and cuts through lawachurls (even cryo ones) nicely. But midway through my grandpa called me (I play on my phone) and I freaked out. Childe died during my little distraction 😗 and I apologized to the host who had died a little before me in the chat. They were chill, but Bennett and Yanfei also ended up dying so… We decided to run it again (the Bennett main apologized because they were afk, I told them it was fine because we just had to try again!). This time I chose to bring Kokomi. No one made any negative comments and were just like, “We need a healer so we don’t die, let’s go”. That round, everyone survived and remained at practically full HP the whole time! When we were done they praised me and the host said Kokomi was OP, I could feel my heart about to burst from fluffy happiness 😭 They were super friendly and I thanked them for being nice to Koko with some balloons before leaving. Anyways thanks to those people who made my day!!! TLDR: Domain run didn’t go so well, used Kokomi and healed everyone, got praised for it. Very wholesome indeed~

Gotta love that kyo guy! I played genshin for Itto so I as soon as I got him, I was thrilled to use him on boss fights. I just recently beaten up azhdaha alone with my geo team (Childe and Yanfei couldn’t do it together :(() and I was really surprised to know that azhdaha had a whooping 70% geo resistance afterwards 💀. I didn’t even notice it because I thought my Itto was doing great! Even after knowing that information, I still plan to use him on azhdaha because he deals more dmg (despite being underbuilt) than my built Childe :’]]]!

I do the crimson witch domain a lot and I've seen people bring in hu tao, bennett, keqing or even lisa in that domain. no one ever told them to switch characters and they all still managed to finish the domain quickly enough. like sure bringing those characters into the cw domain isn't the best idea, but personally as long as you can survive and help the rest of the team I don't see a problem 🤷

I host co-oo sometimes, and I even allow players who uses lvl 50 or 60 in a lvl 90 domain. Cos why not? Sometimes it can surprise you how much they can deal with that level, what more with max level and talents right? And if they did die, we can restart.

Someone once went into a level 90 domain with a level 60 itto, I didn’t stop them but I wished they would switch though, they did 2k per charged attack so I had to carry

On Sunday I did co op domain for diligence talent books but ended up not spending any resin because we were all chatting. I was the last that joined and right when I joined they were talking about Yunjin and we ended up talking about our favorite characters. Then, one of them brought out the lyre and we basically had a concert until each one had to leave. I was also doing co op Childe boss and I went Noelle. Everyone except me died so I had to slowly kill Childe because Noelle has energy problems so I wasn’t able to ult because the other Geo we had (Itto) also died. Thank goodness it was already lower than half hp because even that took forever. No one left the domain and was just cheering with stickers.

I never accept people in my world But that albedo was so nice I will allow from now on

i met a player that wouldnt let me use my heavily built f2p beidou or practically anything i currently had then, it wasnt very hard to bail on them and leave. just because beidou cant affect electro slimes with her skill or burst dosent mean i can beat the heck out of them with my 8k neutral attack.

I haven't seen any toxic conversation during random match, everyone either stays quiet or are super nice (I can see many are Japanese or Korean) Some of them aren't there to claim the rewards but just want to carry

Btw the hu tao didn’t only bring in one character, either the xingqui disconnected halfway through or left the domain then world

This reminds me of when raiden came out lol, I had to turn co op off cause ppl would "fish" and end up stealing recourses I needed at like ar 35 or smth. Itto ppl aren't as bad tbh, they end up helping me if I need help at that point and they're rlly fun in co op domains😂

As player on NA server who’s ar 57 who’s been playing ever since 1.3- never met a singular toxic person. The only thing that was eh was when someone brought their lvl 20 Eula into a cryo artifact domain (I was already endgame so the lvl was the highest) back when she first released and they recommended someone else since Eula wouldn’t help much.

Once I was running the stone forest geo set domain, and there was this toxic ayaka player bashing the host for wanting to bring in a level 60 kokomi. Then the cryo abyss mages appeared. I was dying of laughter when the ayaka threw a curse and rage quit in the domain. Everyone else then died and I tried to solo carry with ZL but I ran out of time because my 44% crit never wants to proc on his ult.

so crazy this video randomly popped up in my recommended when I’m the bennett during the childe fight 😅 edit: also when the host mentioned “lvl 80 swap” before starting the fight it was because there was another bennett (lvl 80) and mine is lvl 90 so they were telling them to swap to a different character, and later during the fight I think that person exited the fight so it was just us 3!!

I watched this after just getting out of the most wholesome co-op ever. Ayaka helped me farm for my ayaka, then played a song while we waited for the boss to respawn they also told me that I can farm flowers it was literally so sweet

Geo resistance didn't stop me from defeating Azhdaha with an all Geo team. And only one of them was level 90, the rest were 70+

As an albedo main with itto dps, id have to agree cuz of resistance. I dont think they "didnt like" your itto, its simply the fact that he was a but unsuitable for the fight. After all, you contributed only 30% of your potential dont you think?

I was doing the new artifact domain with the wolves and there was this person who had a lv. 70 Benette. This Hu Tao main had a lv.80 Benette that they later changed to Hu Tao and they told the lv.70 Benette to change. Then I said that if they want to play as Benette they should. The Hu Tao main then started the domain and died first.

Back when Itto came out, i had a guy come to my world and ask for my beetles. He only took a few, and i asked if he only needed a couple. He said he didn't know where any more were. I personally escorted him around the world to every single beetle haha (and told him about the interactive map)

There's nothing wrong with lvl 80. None of my character is lvl 90, and I can 36* abyss, heck half of the team is lvl 70. It took me like 100 tries though lol

Thats no toxic lol, they tell truth thats boss have big GEO resist Iknow just for content , but what are u expected using Geo character when enemy have 70% GEO resist?? Just for flexx? Like using c0 zhongli with 50K hp , just defend your character not the Whole party, big EGO

Asia server is so peaceful that even if you lose ( and the whole team ) everyone would apologize for not being able to carry and do their part . I feel so good to know that there is least toxicity in Asia server . I once lost in valley of remembrance domain in co-op ( i died first ) and after that everyone died . After it everyone was apologizing 🥺🥺( i too did)

Honestly I play in the European server and I rarely met any toxic players (only once or twice). There's also a lot of Russian players so that's fun.

i don’t understand why it bothers ppl, the american server is always filled with uptight ppl but srsly ppl were getting mad at me too for pulling out itto and i was one of the ones that had prefarm all of his material, he was fully built right after i got him it’s not that big of a deal they do the same with their fav char ?-?

Y’all, even with geo resistance you should have at least one geo in your party to provide shields. Also, physical damage is a thing that some people focus on instead, I don’t think they were toxic from what we can see though. I personally hate public co-op. I only co-op with my friends. Especially since I find duo easier, so that I can have my Zhong shield always. ^^

I’ve had the same thing happen with zhongli and I completely understand because of the geo res but even then he does 70k burst in the azhdaha domain even more if someone is using bennet and I never die because of his shield. I’ve also had to carry quite a few times if all the other players have died so he just feel like the best to use for me.

I felt so lucky for not met any toxic player in coop, i hope this gonna continue..

ive never gone through any toxic co-ops (well except for 1..) it was a low lvl in asia server, They were doing achievements and i didnt know so i was just easily killing every enemy , eventually they got super mad at me, kept insulting me by calling me “useless” , saying i couldn’t do anything correctly. Then, my game glitched so i said i would rejoin, when i tried to rejoin, they kept declining my co-op requests.
