This month I decided to take on kindness, loving meditation, by writing out the words , from Thich Nhat Hanh’s loving kindness, meditation in my journal.
I wrote this down numerous times, and when I look back on the day, I realized I failed miserably, embracing, and choosing loving kindness for myself.
This month is celebrated as love month for so many reasons, and by many people around the world. Valentine’s Day anyone?

So, I’m choosing to explore how can I do better this month and celebrating my humanity, and choosing self love in different ways. Let me know if you’ve tried any of these tools or techniques for yourself, and how they work for you.
