If the skin is still hanging on, I use crazy glue to keep it attached and stop the blood. Works great for certain cuts.

i like those blister bandages. i had a spot on my heel that would always rub when i skate in mid/high tops and wouldn't heal, so i had to switch to low tops and/or use the blister pads w/ high tops
