I love the interspersed clips of your normal everyday life in there that contrasts with the more produced parts. Your daughter is so adorable and I love seeing her interact with you and your hubby - but man she's got some crazy hair. LOL! I think the recipe would be next level with a layer of cream cheese! :)

This is such an easy peasy recipe; cost efficient and flavorful. I just made these and took them out of the oven just now. Only things I did differently were to add the pumpkin pie spice to the crumb mixture instead of the puree and I added chopped raw pecans to the crumb mixture as well. We used to twist the tissue squares around the eraser end of a pencil and dip it in just a dot of liquid glue, so when you stick it on the pumpkin it looks super frilly and pretty with ruffles of paper 😁

Alternatively you could look up dairy-free or vegan pumpkin pie filling (I saw one use a can of coconut milk instead) and use that in this recipe. Unless you are dairy-free I wouldn't because cream replaces the classic evaporated milk and is really good!
