Hi there Andrie, just my little suggestion since Momma Olga love to cook. You guys have plenty of green papaya around your backyard you guys can cook chicken Tinola with ginger roots, papaya, and green beans and malungay leaves. Sautee garlic and onions and ginger roots, then add chicken and Saute all together. Add little bit of salt and pepper while browning chicken. Add water and bring it to a boil for 25 minute to make chicken tender. Add 1 table spoon of chicken powder or cubes 1 tablespoon of patis. Addgreen papaya cubes, malungay and green beans. Enjoy your homemade tinola. Try to use chicken legs and thighs for tinola also add chicken liver if you like liver. Use about 2 green papaya make sure you peeled green papaya and removed all seeds. Scrape them off with spoon to remove the seeds. Have a great day!

Andrei it's much better to use a glass or porcelain bowl when you have hot soup rather than the plastic bowls because there's a tendency that chemicals used in plastic bowls will be mixed with the hot soup and it's bad for the health.

Yes you can use lechon manok to make chicken sotanghon soup.. boiled the chicken together with the sotanghon noodles plus varrots and cabbage and spring onions
