Why not run the wire along the roofrail to the rear of the cab and down the C_pillar with a rubberized magnet wire-holder? then run the wire alongside the cars frame up to the engine bay - thats how I mounted wiring for the rooflights on my truck and it's been working great for 3 years now ;)

Liking all the 3D printed ingenuity, really cool stuff. Did you consider printing a channel for the wires to run down to the engine? Not sure how feasible that is, or how it would connect but just a thought. I don't like drilling either. Curious to know the run time on those batteries and the output of those pods at night. Keep it up!

Thank You! I was working on a cable passthrough to keep everything water tight but not quite happy with the design yet!
