My Favorite E.P. Carrillo Cigars (also featuring, INCH, Pledge, Allegiance) 

Another name synonymous with the cigar industry, E.P. Carrillo has given cigar enthusiasts amazing cigars to ponder for decades. In this episode, I want to introduce you to four of my current favorites in his impressive catalog of stellar cigars.
The Merchant Marine Cocktail
1.5 oz Barbados Rum
.5 oz Campari
.5 oz Amaro Nonino
.5 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
3 dashes orange bitters
Stir in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass or nick and nora glass. Express lemon oil and garnish with a maraschino cherry (preferably Luxardo.)
