I made pichi pichi using 1 pound grated cassava, 1 measuring cup white sugar, 2 measuring cups buko juice, n 2 tsp buko pandan extract n cooked in d microwave for 4 minutes. I let it cool for 1 hour n used 1/2 measuring Tbsp to mold n roll into grated coconut.
Grabeeh chef meron na akong pang handa sa Pasko na colorful at naisip ko rin ay gagawa na ako ng isang notebook para doon ko lahat susulat ng mga recipe po. Inclusive na recipe mo lang. 🫢🧑🍳 Thank u again. Stay safe🙏🫰
i love to kain kain talaga that pichi-pichi. i remember when i was nag-aaral pa nung elementary, there was this tindera sa labas ng aming school that tinda-tinda pichi-pichi--with different kinds of color pa, parang rainbow talaga as in. tas so many grated coconut shreds pa yung toppings nya. ang sarap talaga. so nostalgic pala this merienda. tas napapa-conyo ako immediately
