Bechamel sauce:
- 50 g butter
- 50 g flour
- 500 ml of milk
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Lasagna:
- 500 g Chicken Breast
- lasagna pasta
- Tomato Sauce
- Bechamel sauce
- Parmesan cheese
- grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 uni. fresh mozzarella
- cherry tomato
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
- About 100 ml of white wine
