This is like the ultimate gun in d2 to me at least in terms of visuals, i love western bc its a lever action, i love vex stuff and it has a scope on it for once and doesn't sound like my cousin sneezing whenever i fire it, it actually sounds like a gun unlike the other legendary lever action scout rifles theyve released
I really like this scout because it's finally not a reskin of the original legendary 120 from the spire dungeon. It has unique sights and it sounds really cool. And it feels pretty good to use in PVP
My roll is fluted barrel, accurized rounds, keep away, precision instrument, range masterwork. It feels really consistent, only issue is that the meta rn isn’t really suited to 120s, but when im able to use it it’s incredible
Yeah, 120s so far are in a niche pocket of playable space. They have benefits, just not as readily accessible as Khvostov with its access to free dmg across multiple targets so they get completely overshadowed
I have this gun crafted with 500 kills over the last two days, it feels incredible but you have to build it right to make it work competitively. 10/10 strand hunter weapon. Should I make a vid on it? I have content creation planned in the near future, and getting into your videos is honestly helping motivate me.
It's definitely worth making a video on. My best advice is to full send and just make content that you, as the cc, enjoy watching. Simply stick to it and have fun, views, and community will gravitate towards that
I have a feeling we may never see that happen as I think the 120 archetype is built around the lever action idea. I could be entirely wrong though and we might see one in the future.
@@HonoredD2 I also forgot to say i used a keep away exlp. payload trials prophet lever action and the trick for all non exotic lever actions is to main ADS and hold a line but you can pull off a few quick hipfire shots before you ADS the first hipfire shot is always pinpoint unless you jump or until you shoot it after that if your looking at the crosshair you'll see it reset after maybe two or three secs any hipfire shot before that will have low acc. but once the crosshair resets it should be pinpoint again
So, I have alot to say on this gun. Starting with a quick tip. 1. It has near perfect first shot hipfire accuracy. 2. You can interrupt the reload button by firing it, but not by ads-ing it. So tyr trick is by the time you've reloaded at least once. You can hipfire it to skip the coking animation. And then move right into ads. Dual lodger is 3 rounds. Meaning I reload cycle Is enough to optimal ttk a guardian. Hifg ground is a better rampage, and with the hipfire to ads combo I don't fell it needs snapshot. My personal favorite gun of the season.
I've been eying high ground myself this season purely off of the fact it can reasonably change optimal ttk numbers simply by being grounded higher than your opponent. I'm definitely going to be putting that on my crafted roll at some point
@@HonoredD2 been using the crafted version with Keep Away and High ground. I started with Snapshot, and it's definitely a top contender for a consistency perk. High ground gives a certain level of consistency in your team fire damage. If you manage to stack radiant and high ground, you're looking at a potential two tap.
Sense it can be crafted I’m curious how enhanced dual loader would help the reload. Normally you reload 2 bullets at a time without dual loader, with it I’m guessing it would be 4 at a time, with enhanced dual loader it might be 6 idk. I’ve always disliked the reload of 120 scouts but now I’m looking forward to trying this one out and it has a clean scope to boot.
I’m very impressed with the timeworn because of the sight, I feel more accurate with it than the DMT and its clones, me and iron sights don’t tend to cooperate well
@@HonoredD2 Contemplating on a PvP roll of keep away Precision Instrument/ Desperate Measure, haven’t been able to get it rolling yet but on paper 3 stacks of PI / 2 stacks of DM w/ radiant will 2-tap
I believe you can get it rolling. I think you could also run a strategist desperate measures roll and constantly have dodge uptime for infinite knifes for radiant
