I found a random shiny grubbin (which I obviously evolved into vikavolt. Right after finding the shiny grubbin, BOOM! Random shiny impidimp which I evolved into grimmsnarl obviously.

I think I figured out why you got 3 shiny Pachirisu. it was the game trying to tell you they PAtCHed the maSS oUtbreaks to make certain shiny hunts easier.

You can’t evolve any of the pre evolutions of Ursaluna into the blood moon form & it’s not able to be shiny either unfortunately
