Bought the same baby doppler for my wife when we had our first baby bc she was always so excited when we went to gyno office for ultrasounds. And when her emotions were going up and down and she was sad, she would listen to our baby's heart beat to cheer herself up.
Girl I fell rite on my 6mo pregnant tummy in the grass, I was so scared! Went to the er rite away all was ok but man I was insanely stressed about it 😵 glad y'all are ok 💕😘💕
My wife and I are having our first baby. Our due date is May 19th and we cannot be more excited. I actually just bought her a pregnancy pillow! I just put a medicine ball, baby doppler and some essential oil inhalers in my cart! Thank you for giving your advice! So excited!

I'm so happy for y'all but I honestly don't recommend using the Doppler too often either. Work in women's health too and there's a reason they don't do ultrasound and such too often, the waves are not the best. I hope you at least consult with your OB before using it too often 😕❤️ Take care!
With the rainbow frame, you should totally document the rest of your pregnancy as long as the delivery of the baby through polaroids to hang it up on it! Love you guys

12:17 I can't imagine that stress of needing to check your baby's heartbeat every time it goes a few hours without moving :( Sounds like the PTSD from the previous miscarriage left a lasting effect.
OOh I had the yoga ball and used it all threw out the last half of my pregnancy. I went into pre-labor at home and sat on that doing circles and trying to watch a Kdrama till I couldn't stand it no more then went into the hospital around 6am and the little one was born at 11:17am.

You should buy a crib where it converts to bed as they get older. And I heard that getting the baby Doppler causes anxiety because you’re always constantly worrying.

Hi Tiff and Casey, first of all, I want to congratulate you guys on your pregnancy and I wish nothing for the best you guys and your family, but I want to advise caution on using the doppler. With a previous miscarriage, I know you are going to be super anxious with everything in pregnancy but an at home doppler may not be the best idea if you're not a trained medical professional. I've worked in ob/gyn for many years and any concerns, such as your fall and decreased fetal movement, should be called into your OB.
i second this! with the dopplers, it may be tricky to assess fetal well being just with a few seconds/minutes of the baby's heart rate. with any concerns of decreased fetal movement or falls, there is a risk that baby might be in distress that cannot be assessed with a few seconds of hearing the baby's heart rate. it is best to go to your doctor if you are concerned and get a non stress test, in order to properly assess fetal well being.
Just be careful guys watching using a fetal heart Doppler. Sometimes you accidentally detect your own heartbeat instead of the babies. And sometimes you can't find the heartbeat causing you stress
You should use that golden rainbow in the baby’s room. It would be super cute and very easy to make your own rainbow themed pom-poms and hang it at the ends of the rainbow. You could hang it on the wall by the crib so baby has something stimulating to look at. Just a cute suggestion 😊

Please don't tell me you're going to "in too deep" Tiff because as much as you should appreciate the sentiment , using a hand me down for a brand new baby for strangers is a next level. I hope you don't lose your voice in motherhood, learning to. appreciate people gifts and advice but knowing when to put your foot down.

I went through the same thing me and my ex wife had a miscarriage and then we tried again and now we have an amazing beautiful rainbow child as well she will be turning 8 this october. My daughter is half asian and half Armenian. Everyone says she should be a kid model. I bet your child will be the same. Best of luck and congratulations on your new child.
