I am 3 months post my Acl and meniscus surgery and still struggling with full knee extension because I didn’t focus on extension over bending in earlier weeks. How many times a day should I do this exercise ?
Will this damage my lateral meniscus repair I had Surgery 3 weeks ago and I don't want to push too much but know how important it is to get hyperextension back in the knee joint could you please advise whether this will affect the stitches in my meniscus?
