If your cycle is bad just cycle the Tesla so that you could be back to your evolution I think this is a good play but I don't know it's just my opinion
To get your King Tower to level 15, you need to play the game and level up (top left corner of the main screen). To get your cards to level 15, you need 50,000 Elite Wild Cards to upgrade a single card from 14 to 15 (for a single deck of 8 cards, this would be 8x50,000, which is 400,000 total Elite Wild Cards). To get evolutions, you need to play the event mode (far right of the bottom bar) more to get enough event points to buy evo shards. Or you can spend your $$$.
