In this video I put together one of my three favourite moose call ins sequences that I have been lucky enough to capture on video. This one is # 3 of 3 and it took place in Northern B.C. back in 2013. I spotted this moose the day before just as he went into the trees. The next morning I was in the same area and after watching two small bulls sparing in a swamp. I spotted this guy on the same mountain 1 1/2 miles away. I cut the distance by a mile and worked on him with cow calls until he came into distance. Knowing what I know now I should have used bull grunts once he was close to bring him right in to me. #moose #moosehunting #longrangehunting #bcextremeoutdoorsman

I'm a very avid hunter myself and it's my number 1 passion I have n life with moose hunting being at the very top and in the number 1 spot on my list of game to pursue to fill my freezer for winter where I live in Alaska...it would be absolutely awsome and a blast to one day maybe make a moose hunting trip with you Sir...i absolutely love your content and videos you put out to share with the rest of us hunting freaks you do one hell of an amazing job at capturing every thing on your hunts so fine fine job....I'm looking forward to seeing your number 2, and number 1 on this series...

Hi Jefferson, Thank you, Moose are one of my favourite animals to hunt as well. To me the meat is second to none and I live on moose meat. It would be fun to hunt moose with you. I have never hunted in Alaska and I would definitely like to do it one day. Thank you so much for all the kind words, it makes all this worth it to me, I really appreciate it a lot. Hi Larry, Thank you I am very fortunate to be able to hunt these magnificent animals every year. But that could be coming to an end as changes to the hunting season are coming. For no scientific reasons at all. Hopefully you get to experience a moose hunt one day. Take care my friend and be safe.

That was a terrific shot and an awesome Bull Moose. This might sound gory, but did you film the cutting with the chainsaw?. I would like to see that.
