Most underappreciated moment of the dub? That small but perfectly timed Tails moment when the camera dramatically zooms in and he says "you gotta do it Sonic" in an incredibly unexpected and dark tone. That shit matches "treat you like an item" levels of cutscene matching improv moments
eggman in sonic riders feels like a natural continuation of his character in the sonic adventure ones, back then he was all crazy having spasms and screaming at people, only showing sometimes how much he was hurting on the inside with quotes like "I miss my wife tails, I really do" but now he's a much more calm man who is in a quest for love

My personal favourite scenes happened in the GMod zone; Sonic, paralysed: "Jet...do you think I've been a dick to everybody?" Jet: *"(◑__W__◐)"* **whole cast dying of laughter** Sonic: "I need you to answer me, buddy please - please tell me I'm a good person. Please, deep down, just tell me I'm a good person" Jet, slowly rising from paralysis: *"B I T C H.* You have been so fucking *R U D E.* To *E V E R Y O N E. A L L T H E T I M E."* But there were absolutely a dozen others I loved - like the quarter one...
That line has some baggage. I don't know if this is somehow illegal to talk about, but Blue (Tail's VA) got outed for emotionally abusing the other cast members and was basically booted from the group, along with Amy/Knuckles's VA for the same reason. So yeah, looks like they did do something that was lame, stupid and uncool.
I love how the opening of the Riders dub implies that the rogues' dynamic is sitcom-esque with how they forget to return rented movies and stop off at tourist attractions like disneyworld from time to time

My favorite moment was when Jet talks about the Redbox spitting endless quarters at him and Wave's like "what" and so Jet's like "here I'll show you" and all the coins appear on screen to match up with the joke
The riders fandub is definitely my favorite of the real-time dubs. From tails going to therapy and snapping at sonic, knuckles living in history once, jet in general, sonic being a bad person, to the gmod scene. Everything about it is perfect.
