The found family troupe is so amazing, it works with any type of history, from villains who were not excepted by society coming together to a bunch of random adventurers. One that I really like mix with that is the isekai trope were the the main character is both the one that came from another world and the first person that the found who is helping then get accustomed to the world and through the history they found other outcasts and form a great bond.
