hilarious that i'm typing this on RU-vid lol but girlies who have endo, PCOS etc often suffer with constipation and IBS!! probably part of it along with genetics, taking pre pro and post biotics and having drinkable fibre can really help 🥰

From a girl who suffers with constipation I’m surprised you can have whey protein. I’m completely gluten and dairy free. I’m not saying it will help you but just a thought 😊 I’m a protein baked oats girl literally have it every day!!
