What do you think is a healthy way to tell someone your concerned for their health because of their weight or eating habits. My ex is diabetic and on the verge of losing her toes. I didn’t speak up and help her I just kept enabling her until it got worse and worse. I was too worried about hurting her confidence and feelings instead of helping her prevent what’s going on with her now. So what do you think people should do mind their business?

Did you see her before she gained the weight? She knows it , she just gained about 50 lbs and she should try being more active and exercising to combat the hormone therapy . She's not alone , the majority of adults haven't exercise regularly since gym class in high school .

Completely agree. His approach may be wrong but his intentions just may be good. If you see your partner gaining weight that can be unhealthy, its up to you to try to get them in line. Let her know she's beautiful but you need both beautiful and healthy. Everyone ignored him saying that's how he was encouraged to lose weight. The gorgon Ramsey type approach worked for him.
