Be gentle with yourself if you give these stretches a shot pretty pls. Listen to your body and don't push yourself past your limits. These stretches are difficult and if it starts to hurt reel it back a bit or take a break. Consistent stretching will help you gain flexibility and break those limits eventually, just be patient with yourself (: & Stay Hydrated!
